1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SmartGroove to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing
- Generate sexually explicit content involving minors
- Generate content intended to deceive or impersonate
- Attempt to extract model weights or training data via prompt injection
- Circumvent the AI credit metering or rate limits

The AI provider (Anthropic and others) enforces additional content policies. Prompts that violate the upstream provider's policies will be rejected at the proxy and your AI credits will not be charged.
3. Plugin Hosting
SmartGroove hosts third-party VST3 / CLAP plugins in a sandboxed process. You are responsible for complying with the licenses of any plugins you install.
